Chris Germain
Founder and President - "The Innovator"
As the founder of Maverick Gardner ITS Inc., Chris brings over a decade of leadership in building a successful IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) that supports clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise organizations within Canada’s nuclear and defence sectors.
Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production from Ryerson University, Chris blends technical expertise with creative problem-solving — offering a distinctive perspective that sets Maverick Gardner apart in the IT industry.
Driven by a passion for reliability, security, and innovation, he established a registered Controlled Goods Program, reinforcing the company’s commitment to compliance and client trust.
Chris’s expertise spans Microsoft technologies, information systems, and cloud infrastructure, where he continues to help organizations achieve operational excellence through modern IT solutions.
Sunny Jouhal
Information Technology Support Specialist
After completing his post-secondary education at Seneca college, Sunny pursued a role in technical support. Deeply passionate about all thing’s technology related, and combined that with a love of solving problems, a technical support role is a perfect fit. His extensive understanding of technology, coupled with superb communication skills allows him to troubleshoot issues and guide users to a solution effectively.
Michelle Brennan
Office Manager - "The Getter Dunner"
With roots in Business Administration and an entrepreneurial start running her own graphic design studio while still in college, Michelle quickly discovered a natural flair for creativity and project management. Transitioning into the construction industry, she honed her organizational, leadership, and people skills to a high level.
Having contributed to major projects including Pearson International Airport, the Toronto Transit Commission, and numerous others of all sizes, Michelle brings a diverse and dynamic background. Her can-do attitude and hands-on approach make her the ultimate “Getter Dunner” — the one who keeps projects and people moving forward.
Jae Wood Park
Information Systems Technician
While completing a degree in Economics, Jae discovered a strong interest in IT, which led him to pursue a second degree in Information Technology at York University. Since then, he has developed a passion for IT services and analytics, building hands-on experience through roles in software support at SAP and as a helpdesk technician at Osgoode Hall Law School. Outside of work, Jae enjoys playing golf, exploring photography, and experimenting in the kitchen.
